Hunter DeRusha

Hunter is an experienced yoga teacher, writer and naturopath in training from Bondi Beach, Australia. She has many years of experience teaching a range of styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative. She is passionate about the healing nature of yoga and how it can enhance all aspects of life. Her classes include a balance of progressive movement practices, pranayama, mindful meditation and philosophy.
