Sarah grew up on a small farm outside of Toronto. Formerly a massage therapist, Sarah is a self-confessed ‘body geek’ and is fascinated by the way emotions manifest in the physical body. Sarah loves to create purposeful sequencing that prepare the body to move towards deep, expansive poses in an intelligent way.
