This series has been designed to be practiced at the end of your day or after any practice from the Progressive Rise & Activation Series.There are 3 practices in this series, and all poses are floor poses to open up your hips, decompress your spine, ground you and help you unwind from your day.

You'll need a yoga mat and blocks so that you can access all poses.
