Pranayama & Meditation
Pranayama is an ancient practice of yogic breath work. In the yoga tradition, the breath is said to carry a person's life force. Yogis believe that this practice not only rejuvenates the body but actually extends life itself and is considered just as important as asana and postures. Meditation is a technique used to develop awareness of the present moment and observes thoughts and feelings without judgement.
